Solutions Family Therapy LLC

  • Telehealth therapy sessions include audio and video and are done over a HIPAA compliant platform.

Telehealth sessions are most successful when using quality internet connection.

Telehealth is not appropriate for all clients and if determined so during the consultation call or initial intake I will do my best to provide you with referrals to in-person services if I am not the right fit for your counseling needs.

You must be physically located in Connecticut during sessions.

  • I offer weekly therapy sessions to provide consistent and reliable support.

Session frequency may decrease to bi-weekly as you reach your therapy goals and approach termination.

Initial Intake is required to begin therapy sessions.

  • Initial Intake (60 mins) $175

    Therapy Session (45 mins) $150

  • I am in network with: Aetna, Meritain, Cigna, Optum, Oscar, Oxford, United Healthcare, UMR, Carelon Behavioral Health, and Anthem BCBS CT.

If you are utilizing out of network benefits we are able to provide Super Bills that you may submit to your insurance provider. Please call them directly and ask about out of network benefits.

I recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?

Do my benefits extend to telehealth services?

Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?

Does my plan limit how many sessions, per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?

Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

    • I request 48 hours notice to cancel sessions.

No show and late cancellations will be charged at full session fee. This will not be covered by insurance.

  • I offer free consultation calls that are up to 20 minutes. This allows me to answer any questions you may have, discuss therapy services, and to determine if I would be the right fit for your counseling needs.
